About Wayne’s Class
About Wayne’s Class Wayne’s classes are built around traditional asanas (poses) and offer modifications so that all students can benefit from the practice with the goals of processing stress and building resilience. He also presents yoga as a complement to other activities such as running, biking, and resistance training. He believes that yoga should be fun and for everyone!
