Follow ADC Executive Chef Danny Calleros alongside guest chefs Edgar Morales and Cristina Navarro from the El Paso Community College Culinary Arts Program as they shop the farmers market for fresh, seasonal ingredients before transforming them into an easy-to-make, flavorful meal. Held on National Farmers Market Day, this special event also kicks off New Mexico Fresh Local Month, a statewide celebration of local agriculture presented by the New Mexico Farmers Marketing Association. Come shop the market, meet local farmers and artisans, pick up fresh ingredients, and be inspired by a live cooking demonstration that showcases the incredible flavors of the Borderland.
