Using delicate kale from our gardens, young eggs from our hens, bread crumbs from Bella Cora Bakery in El Paso and heritage hog sausage from C and G Farm in Chamberino, New Mexico, we've created a beautiful Baked Egg over Sauteed Sausage and Kale. It's served alongside our house-made Jalapeño and Cheddar biscuit. 

This isn't just any baked egg dish. This is, quite simply, the freshest tasting baked egg dish you'll ever have.
